The location was very good, and I have no further comments.

We had a reservation but when we got there there wasn’t any room ready for us, and the service was terrible.

We got to the hotel and they cancelled our room, but apparently they never cancelled it through the app. They then showed us another room for a higher price, but it was totally unsuitable.

The location was okay, but that's about it. The room was ugly, the bed was super uncomfortable, and the walls looked terrible.
