The location was close to Capivari Park and good restaurants and shops. The special preparation of the room was a pleasant surprise. The iron support in the bathroom box was leaking rust (though it didn’t affect the experience, just looked ugly); otherwise everything was great. I would stay again.

Excellent location and great breakfast. A strong cleaning product smell required the cleaning staff to intervene twice.

I liked it from the start; a young man at reception was very attentive and friendly, followed by a young woman with black hair who was also very attentive and friendly. The hotel was very clean and fragrant. The heated pool was perfect. I don’t eat sweets, but my husband fell in love with the sweet pastries at breakfast. I liked everything, nothing to criticize.
