La ubicación está de lujo, pero de noche se oye el ruido de los bares cercanos. No te entregan la llave de la puerta principal, no cambian las toallas y te cobran extra si algo se rompe, sin avisar antes. Tampoco explican bien cómo usar las áreas comunes y los lugares estaban sucios.

After two months of traveling worldwide, I never saw a hotel like this. It feels like Grandma's house, but the housekeeper is always around, which is intimidating, and she only speaks Spanish. She only gave me a room key, not a house key, so I have to ask her every time I enter or exit. When I arrive late and knock, she looks annoyed and asks if I need to leave again. It feels like I'm being watched, no privacy. I tried to cancel, but I had to pay for two and a half days.
