Close to the hotel, the staff were friendly, and they offered a free airport transfer.

The location is ideal for the airport, and they offer a shuttle that comes to your room. The staff were extremely friendly; my mother‑in‑law left something in the fridge, and without us even calling, they rang us and arranged to send it to us in Bangkok. No complaints there!
