The spot was a bit distant, but that helped me dodge the crowds and actually enjoyed it. The staff were helpful, and the mountain‑view terrace was lovely. The only downside was the sagging mattress that strained my back, though flipping it over eased the pressure.

Alles wunderbar. Tolle Leute, sauber, bequeme Betten, schöne Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber tiptop. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich drinnen und draussen ist gemütlich. Es hat ein cafe auf der Dachterrasse mit leckerem Essen. Die Unterkunft ist eher weiter oben am Hügel von Old Manali (nähe Manu Tempel). Hat mich nicht gestört aber bedeutet ca. 20 minuten Gehdistanz vom Fluss hoch. Der Owner ist sehr hilfsbereit und cool

The location is exceptional. This hostel is among the best I’ve stayed at – they organized plenty of fun activities and outings. The rooftop café food was also excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

Staying in Firefly turned out to be one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. What began as a simple place to sleep quickly became a home‑like environment. Shubham and Aman are the most amazing people you’ll meet, and the vibe here is incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
