The place is just a stone's throw from the station and not far from the city center. It’s new, tidy, and well maintained, making it a solid base for working in Karlsruhe. The breakfast could be better, especially the coffee and cappuccino machines, and the food selection is limited.

The woman working in the evening bar was very helpful and friendly, and I’m very grateful to her.

The reception was very friendly. I stayed in a nice new room with a comfortable bed and a direct view of the station tracks; with the windows closed, the trains were inaudible. The air conditioning was great, and the chair, table, and small sofa in the room were excellent. Watching the trains from the sofa was a highlight. There are also rooms with city views. The breakfast was delicious in a chic setting, and the waiter was very attentive. The breakfast was always replenished and the tables were clean. Nothing to criticize.
