“Overall a really confusing place and experience but grateful for the roof.”

The place was close to the airport and had easy check‑in instructions, but the room’s low ceiling made me crouch most of the time; the bath’s hot water barely ran, so we couldn’t clean ourselves, and the bathroom was dirty with stray hair. We only got one towel, which was problematic for the two of us. One bed was usable, while the other was just a bunch of springs that dug into my friend’s back.

The stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely small with almost no space to move around, and the bed was broken and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the towels had an unpleasant, stinky smell. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable. “Horrendous money grabbers.”

I never got to stay because the booking wasn’t confirmed and the property never contacted me; they took my money for nothing. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

“Disgusting.”

I couldn’t get into the property because the doors were locked; eventually I found help, but the rooms were in a terrible state, a pane of glass was missing from a window, the shower was filthy, there was no hot water, and no food was provided.
