The place was excellent and surrounded by friendly wildlife. However, the terms and conditions only became clear after booking, and if I had known earlier I probably wouldn't have booked. Ironically, those terms are invalid under U.K. law.

The views of the broads were great and the accommodation was spacious, making it easy to drive to places like Cromer, Yarmouth, and Wroxham. The timber deck was poor, the cabin looks a bit dated, light bulbs need replacing, kitchen doors are fragile, the shower was okay but not the cleanest I've stayed in, especially the terrace area.
