“Not great, great view”

The view was really nice. The room was very basic, not clean, full of ants and mosquitoes, check‑in was awkward – you have to go into the bar downstairs and ask at the counter, no signs or anything, they call and then you wait for the guy to arrive which only takes 5 minutes. It’s right on the road so noisy also, the shower was dirty and leaks all over the ground.

“VIsta favolosa”

The view is fabulous. The location is optimal, facing the Bikini beach of Vico Equense, and with nearby services. The food quality is high and the manager is very helpful and attentive to travelers’ needs. The poor accessibility of the property for those with reduced mobility, steep stairs, but that is more due to the layout of the place than the property itself.

The comfort, the view, and the terrace were great, but we couldn’t make coffee or heat water.

“Great Location, super clean, great food restaurant downstairs.”

The rooms were spotless. Room service was fantastic, cleaning everything daily while we were away, making our beds, and when we returned everything was pristine. The location is excellent, especially if you want to visit the coast. The owner was very friendly and acted like a superhost, even accommodating us after a delayed flight. The restaurant below offers great food at a much lower price than elsewhere—definitely worth a visit.
