The location is amazing, right next to the historic jewels; everything is within walking distance, yet the hotel stays very quiet thanks to excellent sealed windows. The service and attention to detail are exceptional. I rarely stay twice at the same hotel, but I’m absolutely sure that when I return to Rome I will definitely book Singer Palace again.

“A wonderful hotel that made our first trip to Rome unforgettable with the genuine care shown to us a”

We stayed at Singer Palace from 29 October to 1 November with our 14‑month‑old son, Akcan, on our first family trip to Rome, and the genuine warmth and thoughtfulness of the team made it unforgettable. From the moment we called before arriving, the staff answered every question patiently and helped us plan our stay, especially arranging a baby cot in our room, which gave us peace of mind. When we first opened the door, we were touched by the little surprises prepared for Akcan, a personal touch that meant a lot. Throughout the visit we were greeted with smiles and felt free to ask for help, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Rome with a child. Even after we left, the team kept in touch, keeping the same warm feeling alive. A special thank‑you to Jessica and everyone at Singer Palace; it’s the people and their kindness that we’ll remember more than the beautiful rooms. The hospitality exceeded our expectations and we would gladly recommend Singer Palace to other families visiting Rome and hope to return.

“L'hotel très bien situé, la chambre, le bar et le restaurant ont été parfaits.”

The location is perfect for visiting the ancient Rome, Renaissance Rome, and the Vatican; we can walk to everything in no more than 30 minutes. Trevi and the Pantheon are just a few minutes away, allowing us to visit outside peak hours. The terrace breakfast with a view of typical Roman rooftops is relaxing from the morning. All staff are efficient, the service is quick, and the products are good.
