1. 1st of all when i was enter the hotel for staying then hotel reception person told no room available. no breakfast is there . when i was asking hotel staff told no facility available. cleaning not good

The hotel was good in every respect, but the service was bad because one staff member handled all the rooms, so the service suffered, and they added an extra Rs 900 to the room.
