Although the hotel feels a bit dated, it is very clean, presentable, and comfortable; the bedroom was ideal and spotless. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant was excellent with good breakfast and evening meals. No complaints.

The room was spacious, but the shower’s hot water was unreliable and stopped working once during our stay.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location and facilities were great, but at night when it was very warm we couldn’t open the bedroom window because it seemed locked.

The breakfast and staff were good, but the rooms were worn out, the TV was poorly positioned, ruining the chance to sit and use the mirror; dinner was expensive and not very good compared to other Lerwick restaurants.
