The location is a huge advantage—close to Waterloo metro and you can walk to the London Eye, Big Ben, etc. The room was very clean. The room lacked a fridge, the breakfast was weak—scrambled eggs were disgusting and tasteless, and on the first day there were no bowls for breakfast around 9:00, so it was poor.

The breakfast was full‑fledged and varied, the place was well connected and close to Waterloo station, and the rooms were large and comfortable.

The spot was spot on, but the room left a lot to be desired: it wasn’t clean, and the city‑view room I paid for was blocked by a huge tree, so I could only see the street.
