The only thing you’ll enjoy is the location. The rooms were damp, and the washroom was damp too. Mosquitoes were everywhere, and even after calling the staff 8 times they didn’t give us coils. The lift wasn’t working, the telephone in the room was broken, and the wifi kept disconnecting. The floor tiles were broken, no drinking water was provided, and you had to use the stairs most of the time. The kettle in the room was out of order, making the whole experience horrible and terrible.

The location was good, but if they offered tea and breakfast arrangements it would be better.

“Up keeping of entire property is very poor.”

The bathroom was very dirty, and the upkeep of the entire property is very poor. There was no tea or food facilities, and the taps in the bathroom were leaking.

The AC didn’t work even after I complained, the ceiling fan only had a high‑speed option and was noisy, the intercom didn’t work, and no room attender was provided. In the early morning there was no hot water in the bathroom.
