The reception was very pleasant, staying open late in the evening, which was perfect for our late arrival; explanations were clear and quick, and getting to the park from the hotel was extremely simple and fast. The breakfast was very hearty and varied, and the value for money, including the park entrance, was more than satisfactory. The room was comfortable yet dated, with a lot of rust in the bathroom that would need a good refresh to match the rest of the hotel and its décor.

I was able to enter the park on several days. The all‑inclusive package was confusing and misleading: the drink tickets were a hassle, there was a surcharge for a flavored ice cream, another for potato chips, and extra charges at the park restaurants (we went twice to Iron House and paid more the second time even though we ate less). With an all‑inclusive plan I don’t understand why there are so many add‑ons everywhere, wasting time with so many room cards and QR codes—standardise the process to speed things up. The room had no fridge, and there were no cold water taps near the rooms; the bar didn’t offer water. Attraction staff were chatting or passing the baton, and queues didn’t move. Suggestions: let guests choose between the water park or FerrariLand, and offer a sealed picnic bag for park visits (save on food, avoid lines, and diversify user preferences).
