The staff were unprofessional, the facilities were very poor, and the breakfast was served at 10am.

The staff were very helpful and it was really close to the place I was supposed to travel. First of all, they felt it was perfectly fine to shift me from their main hotel building to an apartment just beside their hotel. The room was on the roof and would have been extremely hot if not for the amiable weather in Guwahati that day. They failed to provide the electric kettle or the flat screen tv mentioned in the description . They provided the towel and soap on the 2nd day only after reminding them repeatedly. To top it off , the elevator malfunctioned on the 2nd day and I had to climb 6 flights of stairs. Even during checkout, the elevator hadn't been repaired and I had to lug my suitcase back down from the 6th floor. There wasn't even an offer of helping with the suitcase and they flatly admitted that they won't be able to get the elevator fixed. Think twice before staying at this abomination in the name of the hospitality industry. You have been warned

“Satisfactory and comfortable.”

I chose this spot because it was between the airport and town, and it fit the bill; the manager and his staff were excellent. We arrived very late, yet they still managed to make a cup of masala chai, and breakfast was tasty, fresh, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The downside was that being near NH 37 made it noisy, and the floor was a bit dirty.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly a pleasant experience. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the staff's politeness was a lovely touch that made me feel welcome. The staff's friendly demeanor really made a difference in my stay, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable time. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay.
