Rivaz Hotel And Restaurant

The only thing that worked was the location and the on‑site restaurant. The website listed a bathtub, electric iron, kettle, and other amenities, yet none were actually present, and they wouldn’t provide them even when asked. The blanket covers and bed linen were filthy, with cigarette burn marks. The room was freezing at night in winter, with no heating at all.

“Das ist eine Abzokerei. Katastrophe Aufenthalt.”

Nothing good. The bedding was extremely dirty, and the place was very noisy. The room faces the courtyard where there is a restaurant. I paid in cash and told them before 18:00 that I couldn’t be there, but they didn’t refund me. They said I had to sort it out with Booking.

“Verschrikkelijk”

The air conditioning worked well. The room was filthy and full of mosquitoes. We asked for clean bedding, but the staff didn’t do anything about it.

The night visit was fine, but the daytime visit was pointless.

“Found Hair in my food.. food was overpriced and wasnt hygienic”

The hotel’s vibe was good, especially the music. They didn’t show my booking and charged me twice the amount that was listed.
