Service was excellent, breakfast was good, and the reception and restaurant staff were attentive; everything was very good.

A quiet spot outside the town that’s perfect if you’re looking to unwind. The restaurant staff were friendly, the spa area was surprisingly well‑equipped, and the front desk kept things running smoothly. The rooms were comfortable enough for both sleeping and getting some remote work done. Just a heads‑up: they were doing renovations and the front sign was switched off, so I almost missed the place when I arrived after dark.

The hotel sits in a sweet spot between Duitama and Paipa, making it easy to get to either town. Breakfast was the usual Colombian spread—plenty of food and tasty enough to start the day. The bathroom, however, felt cramped and on a few mornings there was no hot water.

The food here hit the mark: everything was fresh, the menu felt complete, and the dishes were served at the right temperature.
