We had a truly wonderful stay. The room and the hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. The room itself almost felt like a private spa, with a beautiful open shower integrated into the space and overlooking the stunning mountain scenery. What really stood out, though, was the staff – exceptionally kind, welcoming and generous, and always happy to help. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with great quality and variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

This accommodation sits in a beautiful alpine valley with a fantastic view. Our room was comfortable and fairly spacious, the bathroom was integrated into the bed, with a free‑flowing shower and a kettle placed in front of the window. The half‑board service was accompanied by wonderfully delicious food and excellent service. The Ruhepol (jacuzzi‑sauna‑relaxation room unit) can be booked separately for a specified time. The sauna also offered a beautiful view, and we felt very good even on rainy days. I can’t say much else, maybe just that in summer a few flies bother the meals, and perhaps some net could be installed on the restaurant windows, but all of that is outweighed by the wonderful service.

The room was gorgeous and spotless, and the mountain setting was stunning, though the balcony view was blocked by nearby buildings on the first floor. Christine and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast and the Melissa‑scented shower gel at checkout were highlights.

“Aussergewöhnlich gut”

The hotel impressed us with its lovely rooms and a breakfast that was both plentiful and tasty, while the dinner was equally enjoyable. We left feeling happy and are already planning to extend our next stay.

“Lage super, Essen super, Unterkunft perfekt !”

We felt completely at home, especially since our dog was welcomed with a cute ear band and paw balm, and we even got an upgrade that added a private balcony jacuzzi—perfect after a long hike. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding, the former inventive enough to rival a star‑rated menu, and the blend of the historic building with the new wing gave the place a special charm. The host and her team were warm, funny, and genuinely caring, and they sent us off with a generous little gift.
