The bed at this hotel was by far the best I've ever slept on, 100%. The rooftop bar outside was a bit close.

I asked in advance for a 1:00 PM early arrival, but got no confirmation; when I arrived just after 1:00 PM at a lightly occupied hotel, the receptionist demanded an extra fee for early check‑in. I understand hotels want to make money, but early arrival is a basic courtesy—especially when rooms are empty. When I asked for a manager, none was available. After some back‑and‑forth, I finally received the room without the fee. Frustrating start to the stay.
