The location and cleanliness are outstanding, plus the reception staff, especially Khaled Al‑Balushi, and the restaurant staff, especially Alia, are excellent.

Everything was perfect during my stay and the staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Somon.
The room was comfortable, the rooftop pool was amazing, and breakfast was good. No real negatives.
