The place is in a great spot, but nothing else really stood out.

The location was good. The bathroom had a stain.

Close to the train station, good price, but the coffee machine only worked partially. The setup was simple but suitable for a short stay. The building needs more upkeep; it’s getting more and more worn out. The elevator was temporarily broken, and the guests were very loud. The building is ring‑soundproof.
