“Very outdated facilities but you get your money's worth”

I was close to Bukit Jalil Stadium, the staff were friendly and helpful, there were eateries and convenience stores downstairs, and it was easy to get e‑hailing. The building was old and didn’t match the pictures; it felt dark and a bit creepy, especially for a woman traveling alone. The first room on the first floor had a wet carpet from an AC leak, and the window was stained with green algae. The reception quickly moved us to a third‑floor room, which was better but still had issues. I hope they revamp it someday because the location is strategic and the staff were kind.

The location is great, far from Bukit Jalil Stadium, LRT station, and Unifi Arena, and it’s a pleasure to eat because there are 24‑hour restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

It was very close to the place I wanted to go, but a fight broke out in the middle of the night and disturbed my sleep.

The air conditioning was unbearably warm, and I can’t understand why it wasn’t serviced before they rented out the second‑level unit.

The hotel sits just a 15‑minute walk from Stadium Bukit Jalil, and they let you check in early without extra charge; the rooms are roomy enough for two people. However, they didn’t supply all the toiletries, and some of the plugs weren’t working.
