We took day trips and everything was close by, the location was good; however, the hotel was right next to the train stop, so the noise was audible.

The GTC Hotel left a very good impression on many fronts: rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, furniture was in perfect condition, and the bathroom was nice and contemporary; the room’s equipment also indicated high guest care, and the breakfast served from a menu (one dish to choose) and the very friendly staff during the morning meal deserve praise. Unfortunately, a major drawback that nearly ruined our stay was the access to the room via a code on the lock: we arrived in the middle of the night and tried to enter for several minutes, which was extremely stressful – in a foreign city at night, failure would have forced us to find another place or sleep in the car; fortunately my husband eventually managed to activate the lock somehow, but this system clearly needs improvement or better instructions for guests before arrival.

Everything matched the description; the only issue was the lack of barrier‑free access to the building after 21.00 – we arrived after 23.00 needing a wheelchair, but the barrier‑free entrance through the restaurant was closed from 21.00; otherwise the room was clean, breakfast good, Wi‑Fi, TV, and free on‑site parking were present, so it was good value for money. As mentioned, the only problem was the lack of barrier‑free access after 21.00, so I would suggest adding a ramp to the reception door so guests like us can enter when the front office is closed.
