If you’re looking for an apartment for a night or even a month, I would recommend it—affordable, large room, and great location. The cleanliness and room condition need more attention; at least make sure there is no dust or mold in the bathroom.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, but the price is a bit high and the rooms lack full amenities. The rooms were very dirty; you could see grime on the floor corner.

I liked the swimming pool, although it is rather small. The food facilities are not yet operational, perhaps in the next 3‑6 months.
