The location was fairly convenient for public transport and the front desk gentleman was very kind, but the room was too small to move around, you could only get out of bed from one side, there was no bedside table, no phone charging outlets near the bed, the sink was tiny, and I found insects in the wardrobe.

Only the location mattered; the room was tiny, basically windowless, and infested with cockroaches 🙃.

The only positive point was the Wi‑Fi; the cleaning was lacking (a dead mouse in the room), the bed sheets were dirty, a sign in the bathroom warned not to flush toilet paper but there was no trash can, the TV only had a music channel, the AC was noisy (we had to turn it off to sleep), and there was a lot of noise from corridors and doors opening and closing.
