It feels like a family‑run place where the staff are very helpful and courteous, and you can check in or out at any hour without issue; the hotel sits in a superb spot just three blocks from UNICENTRO and right in the city centre, though the street‑facing room can be a little noisy in the morning.

The location and comfort were great, and the whole staff—from confirming my booking to handing over the key—was very friendly. My room looked brand new, a solid 10/10 value for money, and they even did daily cleaning, which was impressive. The only issue was the external noise because my room was at the hotel entrance, but it was minimal since the area is generally quiet.
