“Do not recommend”

If you want to be near party spots, bars, discos, the location is great. The bed was comfortable. The host responded quickly and tried to fix issues, but he doesn’t manage the property directly, only through reception. Where to start… first, there were stains on all towels and sheets, so I asked for replacements. They were swapped, but the new towels still had stains. I requested another change and still had to accept some marks. I stayed for a week (6 nights) and never had the trash taken out; a huge pile was left. Sheets and towels were never exchanged again, nothing was cleaned, and no one entered the room at all. Very disappointing.

The pool at the opposite hotel, the balcony, and the bathroom were all very clean.

“Perfeita 🤩”

Everything was perfect, from booking to checkout; the person in charge was super attentive. We had to leave our luggage at reception because our flight was in the early morning and she was very accommodating. The location was ideal, the room was well equipped, and communication was effective regardless of the hour. The only downside was having to climb 5 floors with luggage, but that was mentioned during booking, so I can’t complain, though it might be a hurdle for some.
