Hotel Olivo, Arco, is a refurbished historic Hapsburg-era residence in Arco's old town, 5 km from Lake Garda. Tastefully decorated, it features modern amenities like satellite TV and free WiFi. A small spa centre offers a sauna, Turkish bath, and hot tub. The hotel's Sissi restaurant serves homemade pasta and local cuisine, and is close to mountain biking and climbing trails.

The location, room features, and breakfast buffet were great, yet the mattress or slatted bed frame should be replaced or repaired because the bed felt almost like a hammock; we reported this to reception after our short stay.

The location was good, but the room was poorly soundproofed and the air‑conditioner was noisy; the dinner could be improved.

Overall cleanliness was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, we had half board, the dinner and breakfast were great, and the hotel’s front of the Castle of Arco was in a nice surrounding area; the only downside was the TV wasn’t smart.

Everything was perfect: the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was extensive, the dinner was delicious with many options, fresh fish appeared on the menu every day, the room was outstanding, and the location was ideal, within walking distance of the shopping street and 8 minutes from Lake Garda.
