The room was clean and looked great, but unfortunately, the walls were super thin and I could hear my neighbors talking loudly. It was a bit of a problem, but at least the room itself was nice.

I was really happy when the staff upgraded my room to a higher grade without charging me extra. It was a nice gesture and made my stay feel more special.

The location was convenient, with the nearest station within walking distance, and the amenities were well-stocked and easy to use. The only issue was the broken bidet heater, but the staff prepared a seat for me, which was thoughtful.
