I have to say, this hotel really delivered in terms of service - Martha Vazquez was a standout, and Yirla, Luis, and Litzi all went above and beyond to make our stay great. The facilities were lovely too, but the real highlight was the staff, who made a huge effort to make us feel welcome. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small, but they were spotless, which made up for it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic time at this resort, which was our first experience with one like it. The atmosphere was super welcoming, and we felt no pressure from the staff or other guests. The Eden rooms were top-notch, but the older rooms didn't look bad either - we'd definitely consider them for future visits. The pool area more than made up for the lack of a big beach, and we're already planning our next trip back.
