The beds were super comfortable and soft, and the room was very clean, including the shower and toilet. It's literally right next to Okubo station, which is super convenient, and not a far walk at all from Shin-Okubo station. Check in and out were both easy. The included washer/dryer was also great, just don't put too much inside. ; ). The stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit steep but honestly not too bad. If you're sensitive to sounds, you'll hear neighbors through the walls at night. Use some ear plugs and it'll be fine. : )

“A humble exterior which leads into a luxurious apartment”

Booked a family room on the upper floor. This was actually a double apartment, so very spacious. The toilet and shower were available in twofold! Also two televisions, if you care about that. The only thing I liked less was the lack of a chair. I could only sit down on one of the beds. A simple chair or stool would be welcome

“Unappealing outside but nice inside.”

2 rooms adjoined together to make a family room. Giving us 2 bathrooms and 2.kitchens. Great size. Free washing machine. Close to train station. free amenities. It looks very unappealing from the outside. Needed a dryer. The washing machine dis have a blowing function. However sisnt dry clothing properly
