Located on a hill overlooking the Outeniqua and Swartberg mountains, Le Petit Karoo offers luxury tents and rooms in a serene setting. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Each tent features a private hot tub, while rooms have en-suite bathrooms and deck access with expansive views. A daily breakfast is served on the deck, and a restaurant serves local cuisine.

The tent lodge, the view, the host, the food, the breakfast, the location – all truly amazing. Nothing at all.

The view was great, but there was no outlet in the bathroom.

The wildlife and vistas were outstanding, and the host was fantastic. The pool was a bit cold, which is understandable since it isn’t heated, but it would be nicer in peak summer, and a wider cocktail selection would be appreciated.

The environment was peaceful and the accommodation beautifully arranged. Half‑September can still feel cold, and a single night isn’t enough; we should have stayed at least two nights to enjoy the wonderful setting.
