“Propriétaire désagréable”

Nothing positive. The staff were unpleasant, always trying to scam money by lying about rates, and it was impossible to get a small breakfast; you had to pay for breakfast for the whole stay if you chose those days.

New facility with a pool and good breakfast. The simple rooms were clean. The location is a bit far from downtown São Tome City, so a car is essential.

The stay at Hotel Kenito was simply excellent and exceeded all expectations; from the moment I arrived I felt warmly welcomed by an extremely friendly, professional, and always ready-to‑help team with a smile. Their hospitality made a real difference and made me feel truly at home. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, spotless, and fully equipped for a relaxed stay, whether for leisure or work. Breakfast was complete, fresh, and served quickly and efficiently. The pool offered moments of relaxation, and the game area allowed for healthy, authentic socializing. The location was another major strength: very convenient, providing easy access to main points of interest while maintaining a calm, pleasant, and safe environment. I also want to highlight the quality of service, the team’s constant availability, and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. It’s one of those places where you genuinely feel good and it’s a pleasure to return at the end of the day. Undoubtedly it will be my first choice whenever I come back to São Tomé. Congratulations on the excellent job! Nothing else to note.
