The location is nice, but it gets noisy after 10 pm from the restaurant, hallway, neighboring rooms, and the atrium. The shower gel holder is empty and the toothbrush holder in the bathroom can’t be moved.

“Klein aber fein”

A genuinely fantastic inn! The hostel sits in a beautiful medieval house in a district just outside Poprad, yet the train station is still reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and we even got a visit from the much‑talked‑about cat, which stayed politely on the windowsill. The cleanliness deserves special praise – I’ve stayed in far pricier hotels that were not as spotless. They worked very thoroughly! Big kudos! The only minor suggestions are a small fridge and a fan, which would be nice but are not essential. 😊

Because the attic room lacks air conditioning, the window has to stay open, and the noise from the nearby church echoes every hour, which can disturb someone who sleeps “easily.” The odor from the bathroom drains spread a harsh smell, which also made the stay quite unpleasant. The cleanliness and bedding were fine.
