OYO Hotel Betsua Vista Hermosa, Huatulco

I rented a room for one night but never slept in it because I had a patient on insurance; I told the staff on duty that I would return the next day before the room expired to rest and shower. The room was due to expire at 12, yet I arrived much earlier and when I tried to enter they told me I could no longer use it because it had already been cleaned. The gentleman who attended me was very rude; I asked at least to shower and he said it was impossible, treating me poorly. In the end he told me I could only shower and not rest because the room had been cleaned, which felt like awful service.

“Hotel sucio”

The hotel is located at La Crucesita. The place was dirty; no soap or clean towels were provided, the bathroom was filthy, and it seemed they sent me to the worst part of the hotel. The bathroom had no lid, the curtain was broken and moldy. I can’t believe they rent out such a place. I didn’t stay on Saturday; I chose to skip the night and leave the hotel.

“Buen hotel calidad-precio”

The price is pretty good for the quality of service offered. Everything was fine except the shower sometimes dripped, the bathroom had no lid, and there were few outlets in the room.

“Está bien, si solo la ocupas para dormir y tener tus cosas”

The staff informed us about a power issue and gave us options. We couldn’t enter at the requested time; they said we could from 1 pm, but then they told us it wasn’t ready at 3 pm, the time we were supposed to check in, so we had to wait, couldn’t shower, and decided to leave to use our time and return that night.
