“Good property, poor management”
The house felt warm, perfectly comfortable, clean, and tidy. The location was good for what we needed, close to other family, and there was plenty of space with three well‑sized bedrooms. The booking process, handled by agents outside of the main platform, involved an unnecessary extra registration and requests for multiple ID forms. Payment was secured by card but was described as cash, which was confusing. Lockbox instructions were not given until we supplied additional ID, even after payment. It felt genuine but like a scam. The lockbox is at the back door, not the front, and communication didn’t make that clear.
