Excellent location, close to Reforma. Everything else was fine.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, and the hotel sits in a very convenient spot. If you plan to explore rather than stay in your room, this is a great base to reach many points of interest. I can’t say enough about how welcoming the team was. The air conditioning was lacking and the windows didn’t have screens.

I loved how convenient the spot was and the price was reasonable, the service was good, the housekeeper kept the room spotless and the bellboy was very friendly; the building only has five floors so no extra elevators are needed and it’s perfectly placed. I would only suggest adding three items to the room: an iron, a coffee maker and a minibar.
