The employees were attentive and quick to help, which was a plus. Unfortunately the bed linens looked worn, the breakfast was pretty basic, and the room had a lot of cracks in the walls. It left me with mixed feelings.

What stood out most was the service – the team, especially Alex and his colleague, were incredibly kind and made me feel welcome. The hotel is old but the owners have kept the charm alive and the public areas stayed clean. I left feeling nostalgic and would definitely come back.

“Aniversario”

The welcome was warm; the lady at the front desk even shared some of the hotel’s history and took extra care with my celiac needs, providing gluten‑free bread and juice and preparing my breakfast separately. The setting is peaceful, perfect for a city‑type retreat. One thing to fix: the pool has the same depth throughout, which isn’t safe for kids or non‑swimmers.
