The staff were friendly and the shower was super hot, but the room smelled funny and the bed or covers had a food stain and urine‑like odor, almost as if a wet diaper had been left on the bed. The bathroom sink had no hot water, the bed felt a bit hard, and I couldn’t sleep because the neighbor’s TV was loud.

The Sunday breakfast was terrible—watery sausage gravy and cold eggs left me disappointed, while Saturday’s no‑meat breakfast was nicely prepared and my room stayed clean. The bed, however, squeaked loudly at night.

The staff were great, yet the maintenance was poor with cracked tiles and sloppy caulking in the room, and I ended up killing a cockroach in the bathroom.

The location and apartment presentation look really nice, but the bed made a loud popping noise when I got in and out, unsettling my newborn who kept crying a lot.
