The room was comfortable and really quiet, and its spot right between Alto Paraíso and São Jorge made it easy to explore both towns. After a long day of hiking, coming back to that peaceful setting was a nice perk.

That chalet was a real find – the bed felt like a cloud, the bathtub stayed hot and the mountain view was hands‑down the most beautiful I’ve seen locally. It also offered the best price‑performance around, and even with three big dogs we all settled in without a hitch.
