The place was clean and tidy, and there were no issues.

The location was good, close to the beach and the walking streets, overall it was clean and cozy, the host was responsive and supplied a kettle and cups but there was no full kitchen access, the room had a fridge and air‑conditioner, laundry was done without problems but only in the presence of the host, the bed squeaked loudly with every movement, and the last (3rd floor) room had no elevator.

The room was spacious and you couldn't hear any of the other occupied rooms. The owner and staff were very nice. It’s definitely close to everything—historic sites, shopping, nightlife, and the beach—all within walking distance. Nothing bad to say or dislike.

The cleaning was spot‑clean, the location was great, and the staff were always available. I have nothing else to say.
