The only thing that worked for us was the location. We were let down by Vega 2 Boat because the space was cramped, and the listing falsely claimed a private bathroom when it was actually outside the boat and shared. We only found out upon arrival. We asked for a discount and a partial refund, but the owner denied it, saying it was a budget boat, even though that wasn’t mentioned in the description.

The location was good. The cleaning was poor, the place was messy, the electrical installations looked unsafe (e.g., taped outdoors), it was damp and couldn’t be locked from the inside, there were no blackout options, and the promised toilet turned out to be a urinal in a cramped space. I’ve sailed a lot and stayed on many boats, but this falls under all criticism. I wouldn’t have slept there if it had been my own boat.

I booked what I thought was a villa, but it turned out to be a tiny sailboat lacking most essentials. The listing even used the word “villavagn” in several places, yet the place was a small boat with a service house that looked like it had seen better days. We had to spend one of the three nights in a cramped cabin that couldn’t be locked from the inside, and the stale smell of old, damp material was unavoidable. A heating lamp hung from the ceiling and burned my hand, which I doubt meets safety regulations for rented accommodation. Wires were everywhere, and the toilet seat was open where my sons were supposed to sleep, which was not usable and even dripped from the ceiling. I chose to stay awake the night of 17‑18 September because I didn’t feel it was safe for my wife and children. We found hotel rooms for the remaining nights. I am demanding a refund for the nights we didn’t stay there, but I will pay for the night we had to spend in that boat. The owner should review the safety and standard of the property and stop advertising it as a villa. The owner has stopped responding, so I hope someone can step in and resolve this.

The place was great for its location and price, but the Wi‑Fi barely worked. It was much smaller than described and quite uncomfortable.

Emplacement au top Bonne expérience Sanitaires féminins ok. 4 avec bagages = trop petit Pas de couverts ou assiettes pour 4 Unités de chauffage inutiles - et vu la place, on aurait aimé ne pas les avoir!
