Staff were fantastic and rooms were nice, but I didn’t enjoy the breakfast. My room had the worst water—possibly no pressure at all.

Front desk guy was friendly, yet the shower had no water pressure, the bed pillows were couch throw pillows, a fire alarm rang at night with no cause.

Location was fine, but the entire lower floor smelled like mold and made me nauseous. The staff were not very pleasant, tried to charge me four times after I paid, and I still haven’t received a full refund.

The hotel is pet friendly and charges a reasonable $25 pet fee. The staff moved me to a different floor when I requested it. It’s conveniently located from the I‑65 freeway, and breakfast was good. The room and common areas were very clean. The lighting in the room was unpleasant; the fixtures next to the bed were too harsh and would benefit from a shade. I had to ask the desk clerk where the bed‑side light button was, and he said it’s a common question. The ice machine on the 1st floor was empty, and the clerk pointed me to another on the 3rd floor, which I had to locate because it wasn’t in the same spot as the 1st floor. More signage on ice machine locations would help.

The hotel was clean, but I didn’t like that we had to go down to the lobby to drop off our dirty towels and then pick up clean ones instead of having them placed in the room each day.
