The spot is great and you never have to worry about noise, but the facilities could use a bit of work—especially the showers that sometimes leak.

“The price per day of R999 , was not value for money”

I was a bit surprised by the mixed bag of experiences at this hotel. On the plus side, the location was fantastic - it was super easy to get to all the waterfalls in the Sabie area. However, the lack of a restaurant on site meant we had to venture out for breakfast every day. On the downside, the electrical installation in our room was pretty ancient and kept tripping the mains whenever we tried to use the toaster. The TV only had two channels, which was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel's hospitality really shone through at reception - the staff were super helpful and made us feel welcome. On the downside, the lack of carports or shelters to park our cars was a major letdown, especially when we had to deal with the elements. The potholed road leading up to the entrance didn't exactly make a great first impression either. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was spotlessly clean, which was a big plus.

“This was my 2nd time in Sabie, using the same accomodation. Will forever use them!”

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that they came with all the kitchen essentials we needed. The beds were super comfy and we had a great night's sleep every time. The location was convenient, with shops just a short walk away - although it's worth mentioning that Sabie itself isn't exactly a shopper's paradise. We were a bit worried when we were booked into their sister accommodation, Floreat Riverside, but it ended up being perfect.
