We felt very comfortable. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked that the hotel had a direct link to the pool, which made relaxing very convenient. We had no major negative experiences and were satisfied with everything overall.

This time everything was excellent. I give it a 9 because they should delete the mention that late check‑out at 12 is possible, as every time we asked at reception they said it wasn’t possible.

Everything was great—rich meals, spotless rooms, helpful staff, and a connection to Waterworld. The only downside was a leaking glass door in the shower cabin, but it was a minor inconvenience.

“Terrible”

There was a possibility for late checkout which was convenient. We arrived at 850 (not because we wanted to arrive that late). Though the buffet was still at disposal, the restaurant staff refused to give us a table, claiming the kitchen closes at 9. They were quite rude in fact. Neither was bar food or room service available with proper dinner/ burgers or anything edible, except for some cold cut leftovers from breakfast they have sent to our room. This is unacceptable for a 4star hotel, specially at this price range. The bar too closed around 10. The hotel is generally furnished with really low quality interior, equipped with cheap furniture and has a very low scale appearance in general, in practice way below 3 star level. The room was worn down, the slide window was stuck, curtains were dirty, plus the terrace was full of bird crap. The pool/spa area is quite sophisticated with nice slides, however everything is quite worn down there as well. I really disliked the fact that they charged us for parking too, though the lot was totally empty. The hotel is just as refined as its owner: providing overpriced services with very low value add at the end of the day
