“Good location, spacious room, common spaces could use some attention”
Breakfast was tasty, the room was clean and spacious, and the central location offered a beautiful view. However, the pool was still littered with used towels and a bit of trash from the previous night, with no fresh towels available, and the breakfast area got congested in some spots.
“Thank god it was only for 9 hours”
The rooms felt dirty and the valet service wasn't 24/7, so I had to wander to the car park in the middle of the night because the advertised valet parking wasn't available, and I found hair in my bed that didn't belong to me.
“Nope! Won’t be back!”
My stay at Embassy Suites Pittsburgh was a let‑down; the beds were comfy but the room was dirty, and within the first 10 minutes the bathroom door handle fell off. I called the front desk, but nobody seemed to care about fixing it. The bar experience was worse: the bartender was rude, the drinks were badly made, and the prices were too high for the quality. This trip was far below my expectations, and I won’t return or recommend it.
