“It was clean, comfortable but needs to update technology in rooms and work on staff communication skills.”

The place was tidy and the beds were comfy, but the breakfast staff were outrageously rude—my daughter even refused to eat there the next morning. Plus, the rooms lacked TV streaming, Wi‑Fi, and any charging spots.

“See above comment about bathroom towels.”

Everything was fine overall, but I was really disappointed that there were no hooks to hang my towel or washcloth; I had to leave the hand towel on the bathroom counter.

“Comfortable and friendly atmosphere!”

The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless and smelled fresh.

“Will stay again, but issues reported need attention.”

The location is great and the staff are super friendly, but the A/C rattles, there's mold in the bathroom, and the desk needs cleaning.
