“Worst stay of my life in Kolkata!!”

The food was the best, homely and tasty, and the cook was a very sweet and humble person. However, there were spit stains on the wall next to the bed, the window glass was shattered and covered with a bedsheet, and after staying almost 8 days they never offered to move me to another room. The window AC was useless all day and night at 16, so I was sweating like a pig, and the remote was somehow locked and they didn’t bother fixing it, so I had to walk and switch it on and off every time. No sweeping, brooming, or mopping. They only changed the towels twice a week after a special request. The bathroom was the dirtiest, the broken window glass made it obvious that anyone could see me bathing from the next‑door terrace. Good luck staying here!
