Everything was perfect, though the receptionist that day was a bit harsh, lacking that friendly Minas Gerais vibe, short and blunt, but it didn't ruin the stay.

The service, location, and room were all excellent—clean, spacious bathroom—but the air conditioning felt weak for the suite size, which was the only thing I didn't like; I switched to another room that was much better.
